Tennis Co-ordinator and Staff reporter for Sports Australia since October 2005, Darrell completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Sydney in 2004, submitting an Honours thesis on women’s participation in soccer in Sydney.

Put simply, Darrell loves all things sport. Whether it be playing or writing about the sports he loves, some sort of an involvement in sport is a must.

Having played competitively from a young age, Darrell has had a long relationship with tennis, and has also had experience coaching. He is keen to write about the major events and happenings in the tennis world and always looks forward to the summer of tennis.

However, he is by no means limited to this and is keen to write about his other favourite sports such as league, Aussie rules and basketball.

Writing for Sports Australia has only confirmed his passion for sport and he looks forward to contributing towards informing others of the important stories and expressing his opinions in the sporting world for years to come.
